Well to continue the beachy theme from Mara Hoffman and Yigal Azrouël, Nanette Lepore ’s collection was spot on! She was inspired by her vacations in California and the South of France. The bright yellows resembled the brightness of the sun and mixed perfectly with the pastel blues and pinks. This collection was a bit more bohemian than that of her other collections. But I have to say that the shoes were definitely my favorite part of the show. I love bright and chunky shoes and the collection was full of them. It was so fun to watch the models dance off in a congo line in the finale! Perfect way to end such a fun and flirty collection!
