NYFW 2015 Look of the Day 1

NYFW Day 1 Look of the Day #streetstyle

To be honest with y’all… It’s 5 am my time and I have been catching up on work and blogging. I’m super tired so I apologize if you’re reading this before I go back and edit this in the morning. I just wanted to have it published so ya’ll could check out the looks and get some outfit inspo! I will be posting about 3 posts a day which will usually consist of something like 2 show reviews/coverage and 1 look of the day post. So I will be working hard to keep up with them while working on the scarf business. I haven’t even gotten the chance to respond to the billion e-mails I have received during this past week! So if you have e-mailed me, I promise I will be getting back to you by the end of the week!

Anyway, this is the outfit I wore on Wednesday night to the Elaine Turner and Kleinfeld events to kick off this NYFW! This is a vintage red plaid blazer that my mom was so sweet to let me borrow. I of course paired it with my favorite Saint Laurent booties to keep it more edgy by being a little over the top mitchy-matchy. I love this look because it can be worn to almost anything… It can be worn to work, a holiday party, or just a night out! I added in the Empire State Scarf (twillies coming soon) to keep the red, black, and white, theme going. Everyone needs a good plaid staple in their closets and a blazer is definitely a great way to go!
