The pre-fashion week craziness pampering day
Before the craziness of NYFW 2016 began, I was able to have a day of pre-fashion week fun full of pampering, networking and style.
The first event every girls dream: Rebecca Minkoff + Essie at the one and only Paintbox. I am obsessed with all of the new Essie colors. If y’all need some manicure inspiration, be sure to check out #essielove on social media to see what the beauty world is buzzing about!
After I was done being pampered at Paintbox, I headed to the Love List event hosted by Elena Murzello at Marie Lou&D Studio – aka, the coolest salon in SoHo. I was able to get my hair done by Rocco, who happens to be the owner of the salon who also does hair styling for Valentino. It was such an amazing experience being able to get to know him and hear about his work.
Once I finished hanging out in SoHo and after meeting some truly amazing fashion influencers, I headed off to the Jill Haber Cocktail Party! This event was gorgeous. the atmosphere played up vintage and elegant vibes with a trendy twist. I loved how they had the handbags displayed [as you can see below]. I also discovered my new favorite cocktail, y’all should give it a try and let me know what you think:

- Honey
So delicious and refreshing! This day was full of excitement and so much fun. My favorite part about attending events like these is not only meeting great people, but also hearing about what they love right now.
